  Mountain Evolution -- Why are these at a higher price than the regular Mountain T-Shirts? These shirts are a new breed of shirts from TheMountain. They are 100% ring-spun cotton, soft-style tee and are printed with organic dyes and water base-inks. The shirts are tagless (the brand and size are printed in the neck). Each shirt is unique. Mountain Organic -- Why are these at a higher price than the regular Mountain T-Shirts? These shirts are dyed and printed on Organic Cotton. They are 100% Organic Cotton. Over 14 years ago, before it was fashionable, The Mountain started using organic cotton tees. They found then that people were not yet ready to pay extra for organic apparel. Eco-friendly was not yet a part of the collective consciousness. Today the world is much more concerned with the environment and people are willing to spend a little more in the name of sustainability. This year, The Mountain introduces a line of tees that are dyed and printed on Organic cotton. These shirts are more expensive not only because they are organic by industry standard, but because they are truely organic. To explain: It is not public knowledge, but under current law, companies can label their shirts as "organic" so long as a small persentage of the cotton used has been organicly grown. Many of these so-called organic tees contain less than 10% organic cotton. The majority of the tees in the "Mountain Organic" grouping are being printed on 100% organic cotton. This means that every inch of these shirts are made from organically grown cotton. POCKET DRAGONS -- Does the "In-Stock" category mean you actually have these items? At the moment we have very very few Pocket Dragons in stock. Please check the Pocket Dragons area to see what is remaining. POCKET DRAGONS -- Do you have any other items in stock that you are not showing on your website? Not at this time. We are continually looking for Pocket Dragons and will post them to our website when we find them. So, keep looking. WINDSTONE EDITIONS -- Can I order Windstone items where the website shows zero quantity in stock? Yes. We sell all of our products both on-line and at various conventions. This means that we are continually selling out of items and reordering them. Since we don't charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order, requesting an out-of-stock item will simply mean a delay while we wait to receive it from our vendor. Why didn't you e-mail an acknowledgement of my order? If you did not enter your e-mail address on your order form, we have no way of e-mailing you. Because we respect your privacy, we do not trap your e-mail address when you place an order. I gave you my e-mail address and did not get a quick acknowledgement for my order. We reply to your order personally, not through an automated reply bot. While we reply as quickly as we can, there will be a time lapse. Also, many weekends we are away from the office and vending at various conventions. This will often extend our delay in answering. I put my phone number on the order form, why didn't you call? We try to call only if we can't reach you any other way and communicating quickly is very important. For instance, if your credit card is declined and you need your order by a nearby date.
